Licence Terms
Licence Terms, effective October 5, 2026. Česká verze.
1. Grant
On payment, AI Automation & Scaling s.r.o. ("licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the purchased product (the skill, including scripts, templates and references) under these terms.
2. What you may do
- Install and use the product in any number of your own Claude Code, Claude.ai or other compatible installations used by you or your organisation (employees and contractors working for you).
- Modify the product and use the modified versions in the same way.
- Use the product in work for your clients and hand over the outputs you create with it (reports, websites, documents, code). Outputs are yours.
3. What you may not do
- Sell, rent, lend, sublicense, publish or otherwise make the product or a substantial part of it available to third parties, in original or modified form, including uploading it to public repositories, marketplaces or shared skill libraries.
- Remove attribution or present the product as your own work.
- Use the product to build a competing product whose substance is the skill content itself.
4. Seats
One licence covers one organisation (one legal entity or sole trader) regardless of headcount. An agency working for several clients needs one licence; a client who wants to use the product themselves needs their own.
5. Updates and support
Updates of a purchased product are available on the "My purchases" page for at least 2 years from purchase. The licensor provides e-mail support to the extent necessary to use the product as described; it does not undertake to develop new features.
6. Liability
The product consists of instructions and helper files for an AI model; the licensor does not guarantee specific results, the accuracy of model outputs or their suitability for any legal, tax or professional purpose. You must review outputs before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, the licensor's liability is limited to the price paid for the product; consumers' statutory rights regarding defects are unaffected.
7. Trademarks and third parties
Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC; the licensor is not affiliated with that company. Use of the product is also subject to the terms of the service you load it into. Products may include third-party components under their own licences (e.g. open-source libraries listed in the documentation); those terms apply to them.
8. Termination
The licence ends on a material breach of these terms not cured within 14 days of notice, and on refund of the price. After termination you must stop using the product and delete your copies; outputs created before termination remain yours.
