Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026. Česká verze. The Czech version is the authoritative text for consumers resident in the Czech Republic.

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between AI Automation & Scaling s.r.o., company ID 30100755, registered office Mozartova 1558/4, 430 01 Chomutov, registered C 56562, Krajský soud v Ústí nad Labem, e-mail [email protected] ("we", "the seller") and the person who buys through the online shop ScalingSkills AI at https://scalingskillsai.com/ ("you", "the buyer").

1.2. A consumer is a buyer acting outside their trade or profession. A business buyer is anyone buying in the course of business; provisions meant for consumers only (in particular sections 8 and 10) do not apply to business buyers.

1.3. The contract is governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. (Consumer Protection Act), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

2. Products

2.1. We sell digital content: "skill" packages for the Claude AI assistant (folders with a SKILL.md file and optionally scripts, templates and references) delivered as downloadable ZIP archives ("product"). Each product page describes its content and version.

2.2. Products are our own work. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, PBC; "Claude" is their trademark. A product only works if you use a compatible Claude service (e.g. Claude Code or Claude.ai) under your own agreement with its provider.

2.3. Technical requirements: the ability to unzip an archive and place a folder in the skills directory of your Claude service. Product-specific requirements (e.g. Python, Node.js, PHP) are listed on the product page.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

3.1. You add products to the cart, optionally apply a discount code, confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and consent to immediate delivery of digital content (section 8.2). The payment button takes you to Stripe's secure checkout, where you enter contact and billing details and complete payment.

3.2. The contract is concluded when your payment is completed. We immediately e-mail you an order confirmation with download links and the invoice. The contract is concluded in English or Czech according to the language you chose; we archive it electronically and it is not accessible to third parties.

3.3. We may refuse an order or withdraw from the contract in particular in the case of an obvious pricing error, suspected card fraud or a breach of the licence terms; any payment received is refunded without delay.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Prices are shown in USD or CZK as you choose and are final. The seller is not registered for VAT.

4.2. Payment is made in advance through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other methods offered at checkout. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never see them.

4.3. Discount codes can only be applied before payment, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.4. Invoices are issued electronically and sent by e-mail; you agree to receive invoices in electronic form.

5. Delivery of digital content

5.1. The product is delivered electronically immediately after payment: you receive an e-mail with download links, and the links are also shown on the order page. Delivery means making the product available for download.

5.2. Download links are personal and limited in time and number of downloads to prevent abuse. You can request a fresh link free of charge at any time on the "My purchases" page using the e-mail used at checkout. We keep the current version of a purchased product available for at least 2 years from purchase.

5.3. If the e-mail does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us at [email protected].

6. Licence

6.1. On payment you receive a licence to use the product as set out in the Licence Terms, which form part of the contract. In short: a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the product for yourself, your organisation and your clients, including modifications; resale, redistribution or publication of the product as such is prohibited.

7. Conformity, defects and complaints

7.1. We are liable for the product conforming to its description, being fit for its usual purpose and being delivered with the documentation you can reasonably expect. It is not a defect that an AI model's results vary with the model, your data and settings, or that a third-party service the product relies on has changed.

7.2. A consumer may notify a defect that appears within two years of delivery. We remedy the defect within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, usually by delivering a corrected version. If that is impossible or disproportionate, you may claim a reasonable price reduction or withdraw from the contract and receive a refund.

7.3. Send complaints to [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. We confirm receipt in writing and resolve the complaint within 30 days at the latest. Details are in the Complaints and Refund Policy.

7.4. We provide updates necessary to keep the product in conformity for the period in section 5.2 by making them available on the "My purchases" page.

8. Right of withdrawal

8.1. A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons by notifying us at [email protected]; the model form below may be used.

8.2. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code) the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. You give this consent by ticking the box before payment; the product is delivered immediately and the right of withdrawal lapses.

8.3. Withdrawal under 8.1 therefore remains possible only if the consent under 8.2 was not given or delivery has not started. In that case we refund all payments within 14 days of withdrawal using the same payment method.

8.4. The right of withdrawal does not affect your rights regarding defects under section 7.

9. Personal data

9.1. Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Out-of-court dispute resolution

10.1. Consumers may use the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Praha 1, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, or the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Final provisions

11.1. For buyers outside the Czech Republic the contract is governed by Czech law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

11.2. We may amend these Terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. You may save or print the current version.

11.3. We are not bound by any code of conduct.

11.4. Contact: [email protected]. We usually reply within 2 business days.
